Being in a strategical location, Ranch Camillo is the ideal stopping place for local trekkers, both for its restaurant and for accommodation. We cook typical Ligurian dishes and our pasta is home-made.
Pappardelle of raw flour with nuts sauce, tagliatelle and trofie (typical local pasta) made of chestnut flour and dressed with pesto, green taglierini with mushrooms, pansoti and ravioli (both are filled kinds of pasta): these are some examples of our first dishes. Among the main courses there are: rabbit with olives and pine-seeds, jugged wild-bear, pot roast with mushrooms. We have also a wide choice of cakes: with macaroons, chocolate, nuts, apples and berries.

Open all year round, we offer also the opportunity to stable horses. Our two dining-rooms (one of which with a big fireplace) are furnished in a warm rustic style that makes them extremely comfortable, especially during the long winter evenings.
Moreover, the familiar atmosphere, thanks to Marco and his mother Giovanna’s cordiality, makes you feel at home, as if you were among old friends. You should really try!
